International Achievement by ODTÜ-GÜNAM: Gold Medal at ISIF’25

Between 17–21 September 2025, within the scope of the ISIF’25 International Invention Fair, the invention titled “Monolithically series connected solar modules formed by using P1 and P3 scribes with no additional P2 scribing operation” was awarded the Gold Medal.

This work, which aims to simplify the manufacturing processes of solar modules and contribute to scalable and accessible renewable energy technologies, being recognized at the international level is a strong source of motivation for us.

The award ceremony was held with the participation of the METU Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yozgatlıgil, who presented the award.

We would like to congratulate the award recipients for this outstanding achievement, Chairman of the ODTÜ-GÜNAM Board, and Coordinator of the EmPV Division Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selçuk Yerci, Coordinator of the MDR Division, Prof. Dr. Görkem Günbaş, and Researcher at EmPV Division, Bahri Eren Uzuner.
