Perovskite Solar Cell Research Laboratory
This 80 m² laboratory houses 3 glovebox systems used for perovskite solar cell production. The glovebox systems contain a scale, hotplate stirrer, spin coater, metal evaporator and magnetron sputtering equipment used in perovskite solar cell fabrication.
The lab is additionally equipped with a spin coater, an oxygen plasma system, an ultrasonic bath, a transmission/reflection setup, a professional scanner, and a solar simulator (AM 1.5G) used for characterizing perovskite solar cells. There is also a newly completed perovskite solar cell test platform and 2 fume hoods — one used for wet chemistry processes, the other housing a slot-die coating system for large-area perovskite cells.
