We’re Hiring: Researcher in Integrated PV Module Development

ODTÜ-GÜNAM, Turkey’s leading solar energy research center, is looking for a full-time Researcher to work on next-generation PV modules (colored, curved, semi-transparent, shingled).
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Design & evaluate innovative PV module concepts
- Run or learn optical/PV simulations (PV*SOL, COMSOL, SmartCalc)
- Perform lab measurements (IV, optical tests, imaging)
- Contribute to Horizon Europe project tasks & reporting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams + EU partners
- MSc/PhD in Materials Sci., EE, Physics, Mech. Eng., Nanotech, or related
- Experience in at least one: PV modules, optical/electrical characterization, modelling/simulation, thin-film/material processing
- Good English & strong motivation to learn
- Optical/PV simulation tools
- BIPV/VIPV, shingled modules, coatings
- Horizon Europe/TÜBİTAK experience
- Technical reporting
